Refurb of old single story house. Found Sam to be extremely responsive and flexible. We had a delayed start but as soon as we pulled the trigger he had a crew on-site and working. He handled changes and additions extremely professionally. The crews cleaned up after each stage and worked with us to overcome issues. Highly recommended.

From the beginning, we found that Sam and his crew were always available, which really eased our minds. If we had questions, if we (or they) thought something should be changed, they always had the time to discuss it. Sam was especially prompt, as he always got back to us the day we called and was always there when we needed him. This crew is extremely professional. They take pride in what they do, and they use their working hours efficiently. I was worried about moving some of our furniture, but the men from Agora Construction moved everything quickly and carefully, making sure not to scuff our new flooring! Along the same lines, if there was something amiss, they cheerfully came back and fixed the problem immediately. We will be working with Sam and his crew in the near future. He will be tearing down our old back porch (attached to the house) and rebuilding it, to include a powder room, space for laundry and space for a pantry with a couple of chairs. So to wrap up, we really have nothing negative to say. It was a completely positive experience, and we can say that we highly recommend Agora Construction for any residential needs you may have!

Sam's connection to the Brazilian community goes beyond work - he has offered English lessons, translation services, and financial education to Brazilian immigrants.
